What is Stand-by time? |

Stand-by refers to a state where the headset is on and available for connections, but not connected to anything. BSET-HS1 has a rated Stand-by time of > 300 hours when starting from a fully charged battery. The BEST-HS1 automatically enters Stand-by mode when a connection is lost or disconnected. It is important to manually turn off your headset when not in use. |

What kind of battery does it take? |

BSET-HS1 uses a sealed Lithium-Ion Polymer battery pack that is designed to last the life of the headset. This premium battery chemistry is designed to last hundreds of charge / use cycles without the limitations of "charging memory". The battery pack is not user serviceable. |

What can I do if my BSET-HS1 does not appear to be charging? |

If your headset becomes fully discharged, it may take a while for the battery to begin charging again. Leave the headset plugged in, and it will likely begin charging in about one hour. |

Why doesn't the BSET-HS1 Mic Mute button work when paired to my JK Audio BlueSet? |

Early versions of BlueSet did not support the Mic Mute feature. Your BlueSet will require reprogramming. Please contact JK Audio for a firmware upgrade. |
